Abstract Submission
- Final Submission Date: September 15, 2025.
- Abstracts must be submitted online through the abstract submission system. Abstracts sent via email or postal mail will not be accepted.
- Once submitted online, abstracts will be printed as they are, so special attention should be paid to avoid spelling mistakes, as these errors cannot be corrected once printed. Authors are responsible for any spelling mistakes.
Writing Guidelines
- Author Names: Academic titles should not be used; only the first and last name should be written. Author names should be written with only the first letter capitalized (in lowercase letters).
- Institution Name and Address: The name and address of the institution where the authors work must be provided.
- Title: The title should only have the first letter capitalized (acronyms are exceptions).
- Acronyms: If an acronym is used, its full form should be provided in parentheses the first time it is mentioned.
- Abstract Content: The abstract should briefly mention the purpose, methods, findings (with sufficient numerical detail), and conclusions based on the findings.
- Word Limit: The abstract (excluding the title, author names, and affiliations) should not exceed 500 words.
- Abstracts that do not follow these rules will not be considered for evaluation, regardless of their content.
Abstract Evaluation
- Evaluation will be conducted by the Abstract Evaluation Committee, with the authors' names and institutions kept anonymous. Once your abstract is accepted, you will need to complete your conference registration. All authors will receive a result letter regarding the evaluation outcome.
Presentation Guidelines
- Slides:
- Each slide should not contain more than 7 lines.
- Each line should not contain more than 6 words.
- Slides should be prepared in landscape format.
- Very large tables should not appear in slides.
- Slides can be prepared in either Turkish or English.
- Presentation Time: The presentation duration is 3 minutes, with 2 minutes allocated for discussion.
