An invitation letter will be sent upon request to all registered participants. This letter is intended solely to assist participants in obtaining permission from their institutions.
All participants and company representatives may collect their name badges from the registration desk. Wearing the name badge is mandatory for all scientific and social activities throughout the congress.
A certificate of attendance will be issued to all registered participants.
Transfers between the airport and the hotel (Airport–Hotel / Hotel–Airport) will be organized for participants who submit their flight details to the Congress Organization Secretariat. Price information will be provided upon request.

A spacious exhibition area will be allocated for companies to display their products in the fields of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, devices, and books throughout the congress. Entry to the exhibition area is restricted to registered congress participants only.
