An invitation letter will be sent to all registered participants upon request. This letter is intended to assist the participant in obtaining permission from their institution.
All participants and company representatives can obtain their name badges from the registration desk. Wearing the name badge is mandatory during all scientific and social activities throughout the congress.
A participation certificate will be provided to all registered participants of the congress.
Airport-Hotel or Hotel-Airport transfers will be organized for participants who provide their flight information to the Congress Organization Secretariat. Price information will be provided upon request. For transfer arrangements, you can contact the Organization Secretariat via email at uroloji@globalturizm.com.tr.
A large area has been allocated for companies to showcase their products in fields such as pharmaceuticals, medical materials, devices, and books. Entry to the exhibition areas is allowed only for congress registrants.
